Interface: PivotServerSource

The grid side of a server-side pivot; pivotServerSource (Enterprise) builds one. Kept to two calls so the Community bundle carries only the scheduling — the request, the answer's translation and the field values are the source's.

The pivot for the grid's current state, as the engine would produce it.
