Refund Policy

This page is available in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails.

1. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of the purchase, and include your order or receipt number. Payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record, so the refund is returned by Paddle to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. You can also request the refund directly from the Paddle receipt you received by email.

2. A full refund within 14 days, for any reason

Within 14 days of your purchase you can ask for a full refund for any reason, and we will not ask why — a change of mind or a cancelled project is reason enough. After 14 days purchases are not refundable, except where the law of your country requires it. You can also try the paid features in the live playground before you buy.

3. A refund is not the same as an expiry

When an annual licence expires, you keep the last version you paid for, in development and in production; only new versions and support stop. A refund ends the licence itself, as described below.

4. What changes after a refund

The commercial licence ends on the day of the refund. From then on the Enterprise packages may not be used in development or kept in applications you distribute or host, so please remove them from your projects; using them after a refund is not covered by any licence. Your key is marked as revoked in our records. Licence checks run offline, so an application you have already deployed does not change by itself; removing the packages is up to you. Access to priority support and to new versions ends at the same time.
