Refund Policy

This page is available in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails.
1. 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee to protect against non-functional software. If KanuniLabs PivotGrid has a critical issue that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. "Change of mind" or "project cancelled" reasons do not qualify for a refund.
2. Expiration vs. Refund
It is important to understand the difference between a subscription expiring and receiving a refund. Expiration means you keep what you have but stop getting updates. A refund means your license is completely revoked.
3. Legal Requirements After Refund
Termination of Legal Distribution Rights (Most Critical Point): You can no longer distribute, sell, or host applications containing our components on live servers. Keeping the libraries in your code after a refund is a violation of the EULA and copyright law. Watermark and Console Warnings: Your License Key will be invalidated. If you continue to run the packages in your project, a license validation error will appear in the browser's developer console, and "Unlicensed" watermarks will appear on the screen. Support & Updates Terminated: Your access to the priority technical support system and the right to download newly updated versions will be immediately disabled.
4. Expiration vs Refund Comparison
| Status | Continue Development | Keep in Live Production | Updates & Support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual Subscription Expires | Yes (You keep the last version you paid for) | Yes (Your current project stays legal in production) | No (Cannot get new versions) |
| Money Refunded | No (License is cancelled, commercial use becomes illegal) | No (You must remove the library from live projects) | No (Cut off immediately) |
