This page is available in several languages. In case of any discrepancy between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the KanuniLabs website and the use of the PivotGrid software (the "Software").

2. Software License (EULA)

The Enterprise version of our Software is a commercial product. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software in your applications. Licenses are issued per developer. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the source code, NPM access tokens, or your license keys.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We offer a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee. If the Software fails to work as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. "Change of mind" or "project cancelled" reasons do not qualify.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license keys without refund if you violate these Terms, including the unauthorized sharing of private NPM registry tokens.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (As-Is)

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall KanuniLabs be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the Software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

7. Subscriptions, Renewal & Cancellation

Paid licenses are sold as annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or through Paddle — cancellation stops future charges, and your license simply expires at the end of the already-paid period (see the Refund Policy for what expiry means in practice). We will announce material price changes in advance.

8. Community Edition

The free Community packages are provided at no charge under the KanuniLabs Community License: you may use them in commercial, closed-source applications, but the packages themselves are proprietary — they may not be redistributed, modified, or re-published as a standalone library.

9. Changes & Contact
