Function: rollupInMemory()

rollupInMemory<TRow>(rows, request, fields?): PivotServerResponse

Answer a request from rows held in memory — the specification a real server implements, and what tests and demos run against. For each open row group and open column group (the grand totals included), one cell per pair, the filters and the prefilter applied first.

fields resolves the fields a prefilter names that the request does not carry (it only names the fields it lays out and filters by).
