licenseKey?,opts?):LicenseVerification
Resolve the effective license state for a component.
If licenseKey is provided it is pushed into the global store
(so a single component can configure the whole app). Components
may also rely on a previously-set global key.
Pass { validateUrl } only to check keys against a revocation endpoint you
host yourself; KanuniLabs does not operate one (see SetLicenseOptions).
