presetRowHeight(
theme,density,coreDefault):number
The row height a theme/density pair implies — the precedence every renderer
shares: explicit rowHeight wins (handled by the caller), then the theme's
table, then the bare density, then the core default. A custom theme has no
table — its row height is the app's rowHeight, or the density's.
