Interface: SideBarCustomPanel<TRow>

A panel of the application's own in the side bar (G-UI-02) — the React SideBarCustomPanel, DOM-typed. render fills host when the tab opens and may return a cleanup, called when it closes or the grid is destroyed. The bar never repaints it: what is in it is the app's.

Names the panel in defaultOpen, onOpenChange and openSideBarPanel. Not columns or filters.

The tab's text, and the panel's title.
